Curious minds. Builders at heart.

Growy started in Campinas in 2021, bringing together experience in software engineering and product development. We wanted to bring the people making technical decisions closer to the problems those decisions need to solve.

That idea still guides us. We care about what a business wants to achieve, what people need from a product and the engineering that makes it possible.

A new service that can finally launch. An operation with less manual work. A product people come back to. That’s the kind of progress we want our work to make possible.

We help companies create digital products and improve the systems they depend on, connecting product, engineering and data around the same purpose.

Our experience includes software for banking, fintech and credit; events, streaming and entertainment; agriculture and IoT; healthtech and fitness.

Working across these fields gives us more context to understand a business, ask better questions and find an approach that fits.

Curiosity to ask a better question. Honesty to say when something is unclear. Care for the details that make a product easier to use and keep running.

We value people who share what they know, challenge an idea with respect and take responsibility for what they build. Those are the qualities we want Growy to be known for.
